Governing Language & Prevailing Version: These Terms of Use have been originally formulated in Finnish and translated into English for informational convenience. In the event of any discrepancies, conflicts, inconsistencies, or ambiguities between language versions, the official Finnish language version (🇫🇮 Käyttöehdot) shall strictly prevail, control, and be legally binding in all respects.

Laskuri.co is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis. All calculators, problem sets, formulas, guides, and tables are intended exclusively for general entertainment, educational illustration, and preliminary estimation. They do not constitute official curriculum, medical guidance, clinical orders, accounting, tax, or legal advice.

2. Nature of Service: Educational & Entertainment Use
Laskuri.co is an independent, free computational web service. All tools and problem sets are designed for illustrative and entertainment math practice. We make no representations or warranties regarding mathematical infallibility, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
3. Practice Problems and Learning Material
Problems generated in the Practice & Learn section are simplified example exercises. They do not serve as official study or examination material. The service provider assumes no responsibility or liability for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in formulas, problem sets, solutions, or explanations. Users practice entirely at their own risk.
4. Medication Math & Healthcare Disclaimer (Strict Prohibition)
All examples relating to medication dosage or healthcare calculations are strictly theoretical arithmetic exercises. They must NEVER be used for real clinical medication administration, patient care, dosage determination, or medical decision-making.
Real medical treatment requires an official medical prescription and professional healthcare verification. Laskuri.co is not a medical provider and assumes no liability whatsoever for adverse events, dosing errors, or clinical outcomes.
5. Financial, Tax, and Loan Calculations
Salary, tax, VAT, mortgage, and compound interest calculations provide non-binding estimates and do not replace certified financial or legal counsel. Official data must always be verified directly with the Finnish Tax Administration (Verohallinto) or your bank.
6. Intellectual Property & Anti-Scraping Policy
All source code, UI components, calculation models, exercise databases, and written content are protected by copyright law. Automated mass scraping, unauthorized AI model training extraction, or commercial cloning without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Total Liability
Under no circumstances shall the service provider, developers, or operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from website use, calculation discrepancies, or service downtime.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus).
